The fixation of the width and the rail is reached at the same time. The perfect fastening torque is achieved by usage of the Atera torque hex wrench with T-handle – perfectly prepared for all eventualities.

With its automotive design, the Signo RTD fits in with the latest vehicle generations. The adjustment range is currently designed for more than 90 different vehicles with direct contact railing.

  • User-friendly complete carrier. All components are pre-assembled in one package and quickly attached to the vehicle - without tools!
  • The length of the support tube is cut to the specific width of the vehicle and is ready for your vehicle.
  • Maximum load capacity: 100 kg. The maximum approved roof load of the manufacturer must be observed.
  • Perfect contact pressure on the railing with the supplied Atera torque wrench.
  • Anti-theft device with integrated lock.
  • Surface protection by the rubberized clamping jaws.
  • To choose from: Signo RTD is equipped with a square support tube 32 x 22 mm, or with Atera profile.
  • Horizontal alignment of the support tubes: increases the frictional connection.
  • Material: Glass fibre reinforced plastic / aluminium / rubber lips.

ShapeBreak

Instead of using the standard rain drop shape, we have introduced a specially designed 'ShapeBreak' at the trailing edge of the bar that controls the airflow in a favourable way. At the same time, the ShapeBreak improves the stability of the cross bar and helps to keep its weight low.

 

The 'WindBarrier' is a deflector for the air flow and is an important element, with its origin in aeronautics. The WindBarrier creates small swirls, forming an air cushion on the surface of the cross bar which acts as a bridge for the airstream above the T-Slot, preventing the development of noise under all driving conditions.

3 years warranty for all Atera products- As an expression of confidence in the quality of our products we have chosen the 3 years manufacturer warranty. This offers you as a user of our devices more performance and safety and at the same time creates a solid basis for a trouble-free use of Atera products. If it should come to a warranty case within these 3 years after purchase of an Atera product, our technical service, as well as our nationwide service partners (surely also in your proximity) provide for a fast repair or even an exchange.

Signo RTD can also be used for commercial applications. The support legs can be ordered in pairs and the support tubes individually. The stable Atera attachments are also available for aluminium profiles.
